The Austin Chronicle Summer Camp Guide: Submissions
Every spring, we compile a list of the best summer camps Austin has to offer. If you'd like for your camp to be included, please use this form or send an e-mail to calendar@austinchronicle.com with "Summer Camp Guide" in the subject line. We cannot guarantee publication of any submission, but the sooner you submit your info, the better. Please include in your email the following details, in the same order as you see here:
1. name of the camp
2. location, including address
3. publishable contact information (phone number and/or e-mail)
4. website (if you have one)
5. detailed description of your program – the more info you give us, the better
6. age range of campers
7. whether it's a day camp or overnight camp
8. price(s)
9. availability of scholarships or discounts
10. what DAYS the camp runs (Thu.-Sun. or Mon.-Fri., etc.)
11. DATE range (June 15-July 24, etc.)
12. times (if it's a day camp)
13. large, high-resolution photos of your camp (optional)
If you want to send photos, you won't be able to do so through this form. You can send your images (and your submission info, if you like) directly to calendar@austinchronicle.com.
